During this window, you will not be able to log in, access your dashboard, or use any platform features. This is planned downtime, not an outage, and everything will be restored exactly as you left it.
How long will this take?
Maintenance windows are designed to be as short as possible. Most operations complete within a few hours. We schedule these during off-peak hours to minimise disruption to your preparation routine.
If the window extends beyond the estimated time, we will update our status channels. Your data, progress, and test history are all fully preserved and will be available the moment we are back online.

All your progress, mock test scores, saved responses, profile information, and preparation history remain intact. Maintenance never touches user data — it only improves the systems that serve it to you.
